(United Artists Theatre)
1927年にオープンし、1991年にはLAの歴史的文化財（LA Historic Cultural Monument)にも登録された United Artists Building。
United Artists Building全体を買い取り、Ace Hotel Downtown は2014年1月にオープンしました。
劇場は The Theatre at Ace Hotel として今も楽しまれています。
